The ground rules,
stated plainly.

What this site is

This website describes the services of two related but separate organizations: Oaktree Reserve Law PLLC, a Florida law firm, whose pages live under /law; and Oaktree Reserve, a wealth-services organization. Oaktree Reserve is not a law firm. Legal services are provided separately by Oaktree Reserve Law PLLC. Portions of this site describing legal services are attorney advertising.

What this site is not

Nothing on this site is legal advice. The pages explain Florida law in general terms; how any rule applies to you depends on your facts. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this website, submitting a form, or contacting the office — an engagement begins only with a signed engagement letter. Results described or implied anywhere on this site may vary and are not guaranteed.

Fees stated on this site

Advertised fees are honored for at least ninety days from their publication, and each fee page states what a plan includes and what it excludes. The fee for any engagement is the one stated in its engagement letter.

Use of the site

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Oaktree Reserve Law PLLC and Oaktree Reserve and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping of personal information, no interference with its operation, no submitting another person's information without authority.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent Florida law allows, neither organization is liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here — the remedy for needing advice is an engagement, which is what an engagement letter is for.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Florida law. They change when the site changes; the effective date above moves with them. Questions: wesley@oaktree-reserve.com.
