Additional deeds, amendments, or other drafting identified by the review are quoted separately before any charge; plus recording, documentary-stamp, certified-copy, courier, and other third-party costs where applicable.

Paying annually saves $300 against the monthly rate.
Legal work beyond the stated inclusions is engaged and billed separately by Oaktree Reserve Law PLLC and quoted before any charge; recording and third-party costs additional.
